4wheels applies layered security practices across every part of your account — from the moment you log in to the point a withdrawal is confirmed back to your UPI or PhonePe handle.

All data exchanged between your browser and 4wheels.club travels over TLS 1.3 encryption. This covers login credentials, UPI reference numbers and account preference changes — nothing moves in plain text.

Cookie Usage

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which pages you visit. You can adjust cookie preferences in your browser at any time; disabling analytics cookies does not affect account access.

Account Access Logs

Every login to your 4wheels account is time-stamped and stored for 90 days. If you notice an unfamiliar login in your account activity panel, contact support immediately and we will lock the session for you.

Retention Periods

Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains open. Once you request closure, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where Indian financial regulations require us to hold transaction records for a longer statutory period.

Third-Party Sharing

We share your data only with payment processors (UPI networks, Paytm, PhonePe) and identity verification partners necessary to operate your account. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Requesting Changes to Your Data

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct inaccurate records, or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm receipt and complete the action within the timeframe set by applicable law.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and, if you make a deposit, your UPI VPA, Paytm mobile number or PhonePe handle. We never store your banking password, UPI PIN or full card number on our servers.

Personal profile data is deleted within 30 days of account closure. Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe deposits and withdrawals may be retained longer if Indian financial compliance rules require it, but they will not be used for any other purpose.
